You do not need to have all of these assets. However, we find that the clients who use the following assets have really engaging webinars.
And that is what we all ultimately want.

3-5 Presentation slides
A photo of yourself in front of a whiteboard
Presenter Photo
Mp3 message for ringless voicemail
Created a captivating GIF using Easy GIF
Organized all your materials in a dedicated folder for easy access
Gather And Create Your Assets
You will need to collect/create these assets before building the webinar timeline:
Webinar title and registration body
You need to add something in these fields when creating the timeline - this is editable later
3-5 Presentation slides (ones that would create FOMO with)

A photo of yourself in front of or holding a whiteboard

A Photo of the presenter
30 sec voice message from you to use as a Voice Mail drop
You can have one go out just before your event
Or one after, thanking them
Really however many you want to do
Create a dedicated folder on your preferred cloud storage platform (e.g., Google Drive, Dropbox).
Gather all your newly created webinar assets and upload and organize these files into the dedicated folder for easy access during the presentation.
This will also make it easier to share with the AEvent team when helping you with specific questions or issues.
