Polls and quizzes are run through Zoom, not launched automatically by AEvent. They are a native Zoom feature, so you manage them inside Zoom during your webinar. How you do that depends on whether your event is live or automated.
Running a live Zoom webinar
When you host a live Zoom webinar, you have full access to Zoom's native polls and quizzes. Launch them straight from Zoom's own controls, exactly as you would in any Zoom session. Nothing extra is needed on the AEvent side.
Running a Like-Live or automated webinar
AEvent does not auto-launch polls or quizzes during Like-Live or automated events. Zoom's API does not allow them to be triggered programmatically, so they cannot run on their own. You can still include them by running them yourself:
Join as a co-host during your automated or Like-Live event.
Launch the polls or quizzes from inside Zoom, exactly as you would in a live session.

Set your polls up in advance
Whether your event is live or automated, build your polls and quizzes ahead of time in your Zoom webinar settings or your saved Zoom template. That way they are ready to launch the moment you need them, and you are not writing questions on the fly while your event is running.
