With Zoom, GoToWebinar, and Obvio as delivery platforms, we offer full countdown room customization.

This includes a Headline / Sub-headline, along with a countdown timer until the start of the presentation. You can also add a custom background, a video, OR an audio.

Instead of a generic countdown room, personalize it and make it yours! Have your Attendees engaged BEFORE the start of the presentation through text, video/audio, and a countdown timer.

Read below to learn how to customize all these options.

If you do not customize your Countdown Room, if a registrant joins early, by default they will see a 'default countdown page'.

(A countdown page is a requirement of the platform, as the system begins its start-up process 10 minutes prior to the presentation start time to ensure the automation fully comes online without any issues. We use a combination of Image Recognition and Artificial Intelligence to ensure smooth sailing for your Events!)

You can enable a custom Countdown Room and have it start up to 30 minutes prior to the scheduled start time of the Event.

Customizing your Countdown Room - By enabling the Countdown Room within Event Info and clicking on Edit, you can access the customization tools.

Headline / Sub-Headline / Timer Text - Customize the visual appearance as well as the text within both of these, OR you can hide them by clicking on the Eye Icon for each.

Pre-Webinar Media - We support both video OR audio with our Countdown Room.

Both media types will start playing so that the literal last second of the media will align with the last second on the countdown clock, AKA the second before the Presentation begins.

If your selection is audio, it will start playing without anything changing on the screen.

If your selection is video, the video will display in a smaller window, as shown in the screenshots above.

ANY Element of our Countdown Room can be shown or hidden using the Eye Icon.
