Scheduling an encore timeline event allows you to plan and organize an event that follows an initial timeline. This tutorial will guide you through the step-by-step process of scheduling an encore event using the AEvent platform.

Remember, you will need to have two timelines already built out. One with the Main Event and a timeline action to connect the timeline you want to Encore to.
This tutorial assumes that you have this already done, and we are only showing how and what scheduling looks like.
By the end of this tutorial, you will have successfully scheduled your Main Event and Encored a timeline with AEvent. You will be able to select the desired date for the initial timeline and the subsequent encore timeline.
Step-by-Step Tutorial:
Step 1: Create a New Event
From the Dashboard, click on "Schedule An Event."

The "Schedule Webinar" window will open.

From the dropdown, select your Timeline for the "Event Timeline."

Step 2: Set Schedule Parameters
Select if the event Type is "One Time" or "Recurring."
Set if you'll be using the "Account" or "Registrant" TimeZone.
Set the "Start Date" and "Start Time" for both the Main Event and Encore.
If recurring, set the "Repeat Mode" accordingly.
Select when to "Expire" your event.

Step 3: Schedule The Event
Click on "Schedule Event" to finalize scheduling your Encore timeline.

You will now see your Main Event and Encore Event scheduled.

Congratulations! You have successfully scheduled an encore timeline event. The event will now be added to your event management dashboard, and participants will be able to register and join according to the specified dates and recurring settings.
