⚠️ CTA Popup action must not surpass video length ⚠️

Set Up the CTA Popup Action in AEvent

If you are using Zoom or GoToWebinar

  • Navigate to your AEvent timeline and click on "Create Action."

  • For "When," set the pitch time to your desired timing (in this example, we're setting it 1 minute after the event has started)

  • For "Who," select "Registrants" as the target audience

  • For "What," depending on what you're using, select "GoToWebinar or Zoom" from the drop-down. In this example, we are using GoToWebinar

  • Select "CTA Popup" from the drop-down options.

  • Once CTA Popup is selected, the "Hide Popup" section will become available for editing.

  • Set the timing to when you want the CTA Popup to be hidden (in this example, we set it to two minutes after it showed up or 32 minutes into the event).

  • You may also opt to Disable this option (when disabled, your CTA Popup will be visible all throughout the webinar).

  • Enter your desired "Headline"

  • Enter your desired "Subheadline"

  • Choose if you want the Countdown to show.

  • You may select from 6 Style options by clicking on the drop-down.

If you selected Yes to Show Countdown, choose your Countdown Direction if Up or Down.

  • Next, select the Location for your CTA Popup action (Top or Bottom).

  • Finally, click on "Create" to save your changes.

If you are using the AEvent streaming platform:

  • Navigate to your AEvent timeline and click on "Create Action."

  • For "When," set the pitch time to your desired timing (in this example, we're setting it 30 minutes after the event has started).

  • For "Who," select "Registrants" as the target audience.

  • For "What," choose "AStream" from the drop-down.

  • Select "CTA Popup" from the drop-down options.

  • Once CTA Popup is selected, the "Hide Popup" section will become available for editing.

  • Set the timing to when you want the CTA Popup to be hidden (in this example, we set it to two minutes after it showed up, or 32 minutes into the event).

  • You may also opt to Disable this option (when disabled, your CTA Popup will be visible all throughout the webinar).

  • Select the Type you want from the 4 Choices.

  • Enter your desired "Headline" (in this example, we're putting in "Your Path to Financial Freedom").

  • Select your Product / Image Boxshot / Logo from the drop-down.

  • Enter your desired "Subheadline" (e.g. Free yourself from Financial Constraints).

  • Enter "Additional Text" (e.g., What are you waiting for?).

  • Enter Button Text and the CTA URL, then click Create.

  • A confirmation message will popup saying the action has been added successfully.

  • You may now check the CTA Popup action settings and edit as needed.
