Slybroadcast offers the power of voicemail WITHOUT making a phone call. Ringless Voicemail (RVM) can be a useful asset, both with reminders leading up to your event and further targeting a specific audience with your specific voice message.
The phone doesn't ring, but there is a new voicemail, simply record an MP3 and upload into AEvent Media, then follow the guides below to setup your Slybroadcast integration and activate it within your timeline.

Creating a Timeline Action to Send a Slybroadcast Ringless Voicemail
Sending a targeted Ringless Voicemail to not only registrants but to cart abandoners, non-attendees, etc., can be powerful.
First, you must upload an MP3 recording to send.
Access the "Media" section from your AEvent Dashboard and click on "Upload Media."
You may Drag and drop files or click on "Browse" to locate and select your audio file.
Once you get the notification saying "Media Upload successful", click on "Done."
Next, within the timeline builder, start by creating an action and selecting the date and time that you wish the action to occur. Select the audience you are targeting, then select your Slybroadcast Integration and Deliver VM Msg. Select the MP3 recording in which you uploaded and the phone number you would like it sent "from."
Once you've defined the Ringless Voicemail action, click Create, and you'll see it within your timeline.
Based upon the settings above, 30 minutes prior to the start of the event, Slybroadcast will send your MP3 recording and arrive to your registrant as a missed call and voicemail recording, reminding the registrant about the event about to begin.

If you want to remove your Slybroadcast integration from AEvent, you need to navigate to Integrations, locate your Slybroadcast integration, and click on the trashcan icon.
You then will be prompted to confirm deletion.
(NOTE: Removing this integration will immediately affect its use with any timelines that it is active in.)
If you are experiencing issues with this integration but do not desire to REMOVE it, we recommend reconnecting it instead. This will allow it's configuration to
continue as set within your timelines.
Once you confirm removal, the integration within AEvent no longer exists.
Best Practice: We recommend ensuring that your Slybroadcast Account is set up to automatically top-up or that you are on a monthly plan. We've found that credit-based systems tend to run out at just the WRONG time.
