Managing multiple accounts from one login? Agency Accounts make it easy to move between eligible accounts without logging out and back in.
In this tutorial, you’ll learn how to switch between accounts from the menu in the upper-right corner of your AEvent workspace.
Before You Start
To use this feature:
Your user must already have access to more than one account.
This feature is intended for teams or agencies managing multiple accounts from a single interface.
OTP must be enabled on the account you’re switching from before you can switch accounts.
Step-by-Step Tutorial:
Step 1: Open the account menu
Log in to AEvent.
In the upper-right corner of the screen, click the menu beside your name.
Step 2: Click “Switch Accounts”
From the dropdown menu, click Switch Accounts.
Step 3: Select the account you want to access
Choose the account you want to switch into.
AEvent will move you into that account from the same interface, so you can continue working without logging out and back in.
Step 4: Switch back anytime
Need to move back to another account?
Repeat the same process:
Click the menu beside your name in the upper-right corner, then click Switch Accounts and choose the account you want.
Important Notes
If you only have access to one account, this feature will not apply to your login.
Before switching, make sure OTP is already enabled on the account you’re switching from.
