Adding your Roezan Account to AEvent
Adding your Roezan Account to AEvent
In order to add your Roezan Integration, you will need to first navigate to Integrations within AEvent.
Click Add Integration and then search / select Roezan.
Then, name your integration as you see fit, and click 'Add.'
Paste in your Roezan Username and Password.
Once your Roezan account has been successfully added, you will be see it's Connected state, and you are able to click on 'Test'.
A successful connection will yield a positive test result.
Congratulations, your Roezan account is now successfully connected to AEvent!

Activating your Roezan Integration within a Timeline and setting up an On-Registration Actions
In order to use your Roezan Integration within AEvent, once adding it, you need to activate it within the timeline you are working with.
To do this, open the timeline you are working on.
Then select Integrations and set your Roezan Integration as Active.
If you want to set an on-registration SMS, click on the Cog wheel.
As long as you have Activated the integration, you are good to use it for your Timeline Actions.
If you wish to only send SlickText through a timeline action and not when someone registers for your event, you can skip the rest of this step.
To Send SMS on Registration
If you click on the Cog Wheel
Select the checkbox for 'Send SMS on Registration', create the message you would like to send (SMS).
You can use both the personalization menu and emoji menu to customize it.
To Add to List on Registration
Select the checkbox for 'Add to List on Registration.'
Choose the List you want to use.
To Add Tag on registration
Select the checkbox for 'Add Tag on registration.'
Choose the Tag you want to use.
Make sure you click the Update Settings Button and then Click on the X to close the pop-over.

To trigger Roezan, we need to set up Timeline Actions within the timeline you want to use for this event.
Start by Creating An Action
Selecting the Date and Time that you wish the action to occur
Select the Audience you are targeting
Select your Roezan integration
Select Send SMS
Define your message
You can use both the Personalization menu & Emoji menu to customize it
Once you've written the SMS message you want to send, just click on Create.
This is what it will look like in your timeline.
Your Roezan Send SMS Action has now been created, and you can view it on your timeline. Per the example above, 5 minutes prior to the event starting, an action will occur that will send an MMS to all registrants registered for the scheduled event.

Start by Creating An Action
Selecting the Date and Time that you wish the action to occur
Select the Audience you are targeting
Select your Roezan integration
Select Add Contact To List
Select the List you want to use
Then click on Create.
This is what it will look like in your timeline.
Your Roezan Add Contact To List Action has now been created, and you can view it on your timeline. Per the example above, 3 minutes prior to the event starting, an action will occur that will Add Contact To List to all registrants registered for the scheduled event.

Select Remove Contact From List
Select the List
Then click on Create
Your Roezan Remove Contact From List Action has now been created, and you can view it on your timeline. Per the example above, 60 minutes After the event starts, an action will occur that will Remove Contact From List to all Non-Attendees for the scheduled event.
How to reconnect your Roezan Integration
How to reconnect your Roezan Integration
If you are encountering issues with your Roezan integration, it is possible that your API information has changed from Roezan, has been reset, or has been closed.
If you click 'Test' and it is NOT successful, the first step we recommend is reconnecting your integration.
By clicking Re-Connect, you will need to re-enter your Roezan details for API authentication purposes.
Paste in your Roezan Username and Password.
Once your Roezan account has been successfully added, you will be see it's Connected state, and you are able to click on 'Test'.
A successful connection will yield a positive test result.
Congratulations, your Roezan account has now been successfully re-connected to AEvent!
How to remove your Roezan Integration from AEvent
How to remove your Roezan Integration from AEvent
If you want to remove your Roezan integration from AEvent,
You need to navigate to Integrations.
Locate your Roezan integration and click on the Trashcan icon.
You will then be prompted to confirm the deletion.
⚠️ NOTE: ⚠️
Removing this integration will immediately affect its use with any timelines that it is active in.
If you are experiencing issues with this integration but do not desire to REMOVE it, we recommend reconnecting it instead.
This will allow its configuration to continue as set within your timelines.
