In this tutorial, we'll learn about the AStream simulated audience function.
Step-By-Step Tutorial:
Step 1: Access the Live Audience Count
β οΈ You need to be using AStream as delivery platform to access this β οΈ
Log in to your AEvent account and access your timeline.
Go to the "Event Info" section and click on the "Stream Viewer" tab.
Select "Peak" from the drop-down menu of "Live Audience Count".
Step 2: Edit Values as Needed
These values will be available after you select "Peak" from the "Live Audience Count" menu.
π NOTE π
'Start' value is the count it begins with.
'Peak' value should be set to the time of the CTA(pitch), as after that, is usually when the live audience starts dropping off.
'Surge Point' value is definable with the amount of attendees and the time.
It should always be set to the first 5 to 15 minutes.
It should always be larger than the "Start" value.
In the example below, the 'Surge Point' is not defined properly, as the decline in attendees is not natural. The 'Surge Point Time' is set to 5 minutes, so the 'Surge Point' should be more than 98 (Start).
The number it should be is 123 in this example. That way it will increase, as opposed to what it shows here, 23.
The 'peak' of 141 attendees should be set at the 'peak time' of around the CTA / pitch.
Correct Settings:
Congratulations! You've now learned the different settings and values for the AStream Audience Simulation System. Enjoy!
