Let's say you have a webinar file and want to edit it in your video editor. In some cases, if you play it in a video player, the file will be normal, but when you import into a video editor software, it may cause issues with the audio, slides or other.

In this tutorial, we'll learn how to fix a bad webinar video file.

Resolution:

  • Run your video file through Handbrake and make sure 'Web Optimized' is selected.

    • If you don’t already have Handbrake on your computer, you can download it here

  • If the table of contents is bad, then sometimes saving will not be possible.

  • The next best solution is to screen-record the entire webinar, and this should fix the problem.

Congratulations! You've now learned how to fix a bad webinar video file. Should you need further assistance, please reach out to Support.
