Learn how to hide a scheduled webinar from registration, whether it's an evergreen webinar or has reached maximum registrants. This tutorial will guide you through the process of hiding a specific webinar, ensuring it doesn't appear on your registration page.

By the end of this tutorial, you will be able to hide a selected webinar from registration, preventing it from being visible on your registration page.

Step-By-Step Tutorial:

Step 1: Access the Event Details of the Webinar

  • From your AEvent Dashboard, click on the chart graph icon to open the Event Details of the webinar you want to hide from registration.

Step 2: Set the Webinar to Hidden

  • Toggle the switch for "Registration Visibility" to disable it.

  • Registration Visibility is now disabled.

Step 3: Verify Webinar is Hidden

  • Navigate to your registration page to confirm that the webinar is successfully hidden from registration.

  • The webinar will no longer be visible.

Congratulations! You have successfully hidden a specific scheduled webinar from registration using the AEvent platform. Adjusting the webinar's Registration Visibility setting ensures that it no longer appears on your registration page.
