  • Choose a Reg Action from the dropdown: SMS or MMS.

  • Write your message body. You can personalize it with your registrant's details.

Troubleshooting

  • "Test Connection" shows failed: Double-check your API Key ID and API Secret Key. Re-copy them from your Sendblue account, since an extra space or a swapped key is the most common cause.

  • Integration not appearing in a campaign: Make sure your AEvent plan includes Sendblue, and that you toggled it on in the campaign's Integrations tab.

  • Timeline actions not executing: Confirm the integration is toggled ON in the campaign's Integrations tab and that its status shows "Connected."

  • Message not sending: Confirm the From Number is filled in on the action. SMS and MMS actions cannot send without it.
