Teaming up AEvent with Campaign Monitor will allow you to add a registrant to a Client List when they register.

You will be able to create a Timeline Action to remove a subscriber/registrant from your event using the integration.

Timeline Actions:

Adding your Campaign Monitor Account to AEvent

In order to add your Campaign Monitor Integration, you will need to first:

  • Navigate to Integrations within AEvent.

  • Click Add Integration in the top right.

  • Search and select Campaign Monitor and Add Integration.

  • Then, name your integration as you see fit, and click 'Add.'

  • Next, enter your Email and Password for Campaign Monitor and click Continue.

  • And click on 'Allow Access' on the next Popup.

  • Once your Campaign Monitor account has been successfully added, you will see its Connected state, and you will be able to click on 'Test.'

  • A successful connection will yield a positive test result.

Congratulations, your Campaign Monitor account is now successfully connected to AEvent!

How to reconnect your Campaign Monitor Integration

If you are encountering issues with your Campaign Monitor integration, it is possible that your login information has changed from Campaign Monitor, has been reset, or has been closed.

  • If you click 'Test' and it is NOT successful, first step we recommend is reconnecting your integration.

  • Click Re-Connect.

  • Re-login to your Campaign Monitor account.

  • Click Allow Access when this popup comes up.

Once your Campaign Monitor account has been successfully Re-Connected, you will see its Connected state.

  • From here, you are able to click on 'Test' to make sure it is connected.

  • A successful connection will yield a positive test result.

Congratulations, your Campaign Monitor account is now successfully connected to AEvent!

How to remove your Campaign Monitor Integration from AEvent

If you want to remove your Campaign Monitor integration from AEvent:

  • You need to navigate to Integrations.

  • Locate your Campaign Monitor integration and click on the Trashcan icon.

  • You will then be prompted to Confirm the deletion.

⚠️ NOTE: ⚠️

Removing this integration will immediately affect its use with any timelines that it is active in.

If you are experiencing issues with this integration but do not desire to REMOVE it, we recommend reconnecting it instead.

This will allow its configuration to continue as set within your timelines.

🆘 Troubleshooting 🆘

If you have any problems with your integration:

  • The first thing to do is press the "Test" button on the Integration.

    • This will confirm if the connection to the integration is valid.

    • If you continue to have problems, delete and re-add the integration.
