Want to see, export, and / or manage your leads?

In this tutorial, you'll learn how to search for a lead, delete the lead, and/or ban the lead from ever registering again (Account Wide).

By the end of this tutorial, you will successfully be able to manage your leads!

Access your Leads

Click on the Leads section from the left-side menu.

This will show you the list of all Active and Banned Leads for your account.

From here, you can see the Lead Details like their Name, Email, Phone, Timeline they registered for and the Actions you can do for each Lead like View, Ban and Delete.

View Additional Lead Details

Click on View to see additional details for your Leads like their Country, Join URL, Replay URL, Attendance tagging (accurate after event has passed), Attendance Time (available after event has passed), and the Integrations triggered for them.

Ban a Lead

There are two ways to ban someone account-wide. You can either click on the Ban icon for a specific lead or click on Ban Email to manually enter an email address to ban.

  1. Click on the Ban icon to ban a specific lead account-wide.

  2. Click on Ban Email to manually enter an email address/account to ban.

NOTE:

An active lead who registered to your timeline prior to it being banned can still join your event with their Join Link. The ban takes effect after the fact.

Delete a Lead

Click on the Delete Icon to delete a Lead. You will get a prompt asking you if you're sure. Click on "Delete" if you are. Alternatively, you can click on "Cancel".
