In this tutorial, you'll learn how to set up a Manychat action to send out a Facebook Messenger media message using NiftyImages. By following this tutorial, you'll be able to create dynamic and personalized messages for your subscribers, including their name, time, and a join link, enhancing engagement and driving attendance to your events.

By the end of this tutorial, you'll have successfully set up a Manychat action that sends a dynamic image to your subscribers' Facebook Messenger 15 minutes before the start of an event. The image will include the subscriber's name, the time of the event, and a join link for easy access.

Step-By-Step Tutorial:

Step 1: Access Your Timeline and Create a Manychat Action

  • Access your timeline and click on "Create Action."

Step 2: Setup "Manychat Action"

  • In this example, we'll create an action that will be sent out 15 minutes before the event.

  • Under "What", select "MANYCHAT FACEBOOK" then choose "Send Messenger Media Msg" from the drop down menu.

  • Choose "NiftyImages" as the provider for your media message, then select the specific image you want to use.

  • Add a Dynamic Field and use the personalization menu (in this example, we're using "First Name").

  • Personalize your message that will accompany the dynamic image (in this example, we're writing "The webinar will start at {{!webinar-esttime!}}. See you there!").

  • Create a quick button that includes the join link by clicking on "Add Button" (this button will be displayed along with the message and the dynamic image)

  • Double-check all the settings, including the dynamic fields, message, button, and timing. Once you're satisfied, save the action by clicking "Create".

Congratulations! You've successfully set up a Manychat action using NiftyImages to send a personalized media message to your subscribers' Facebook Messenger. The message includes the subscriber's name, the time of the event, and a convenient join link.

This dynamic and engaging approach will help boost attendance and create a more personalized experience for your audience.
