To capture query variables on registration, follow these steps.

  1. Go into your AEvent Timeline and click on Settings.

  2. Click on the Registration heading.

  3. Click the “Add Custom Form Field” button.

  4. Enter the field name then select query and click create.

  5. Click on the Integration heading and scroll down and click on the autoresponder setup (ie. Aweber, ConvertKit, etc.)

  6. Scroll to the bottom and click on “Create Single Field”.

  7. Enter the field name that you used above and click create.

  8. Make sure the checkbox is ticked next to the field you just created. In the first dropdown, select “Custom Field” then select the corresponding field in the second dropdown.

  9. Click Exit and Save Changes.
