To setup a ManyChat action in your Timeline, follow these simple steps.

Under Action, update the When section for whatever time you want to send the message, and select who you want to send it to.

Under What, select ManyChat then choose an action from the dropdown menu.

Note: If you choose “Add Tag” or “Remove Tag”, make sure the tag you’re using has been added in your ManyChat account.

To send a text-only message, choose Send Messenger Msg from the dropdown and add your message text. This can be personalized with AEvent fields like subscriber name, Join URL, etc.

If you want to send a media message with an image, audio, or video, select Send Messenger Media Msg from the dropdown menu.&nbsp;

Click Add a Button and enter your button text and the URL you want the button to link to.&nbsp;

When finished customizing your message, click Add Action and the message will be sent at the scheduled time.

1. In AEvent, go into your Timeline.
