Integrate AEvent Registration form with Clickfunnels form

To integrate AEvent Registration form with Clickfunnels form, follow these simple steps.

  1. In AEvent, go into your Timeline settings and click on the Code heading. 

  2. Under Registration Page Settings, copy the code in the Form Registration Code box.

  3. On your Clickfunnels Registration page, click on Settings on the top menu bar, then click on Integrations.

  4. Under Email Integration Settings, in the Integration dropdown menu, select “null(HTML format)”. In the Action dropdown, select “Integrate Existing Form (Add HTML below)”.

  5. A box will pop up labeled “Paste Web Form Code”. Paste the registration form code there.

  6. Click “Parse & Save Web Form”.

  7. This will bring up some fields that you can sync. Select the desired field for each element. 

To add a field to your form: 

  1. Go into the form on the Clickfunnels page and insert a new field.

  2. Go back to AEvent and click the Registration heading, then click the “Add Custom Form Field” button.

  3. Here you will name the field and select “Custom Form” in the dropdown. Click create. 

  4. Go back to the Code heading under Registration Page Settings, copy the code in the Form Registration Code box.

  5. In Clickfunnels, go back into the Integration settings for the form, paste the updated code in, click “Parse & Save Web Form”, and sync the fields.
